For our range of spices, ghee, honey etc. the ingredients are hand-picked from local farmers practicing organic means of farming, and is then hand made by our women warriors in small batches. Additionally, Tej Living Society is a brainchild of young female enthusiasts who support sustainability, along with the concept of bringing vocation to the women from rural villages of India.

The pathway to sustainability purely started with a question of how reliable and authentic the products are in the market today! Tej Living has marked its presence for about 4 months now. With the same approach,this Rakshabandhan, the brand has upcycled textile waste and is focusing on the reusable aspect of these handmade rakhis. These Rakhis can be reused as Fridge Magnets and Lumbas as a keychain. And while the brand was searching for its key ideology, the age-old tradition or as we call it
'hath ka bana' in a conventional manner just came naturally. This is definitely our value proposition because who doesnt like purity in their products, especially during times like these when COVID-19 has taken over our lives. The mission definitely is to spread the ideology that we don't believe in 'empower', but we do believe 'in power'.
